HVAC System Tengiz FGP Project

Customer: Baker Hughes a GE Company -  Tengizchevroil

Contract: Future Growth Project / Wellhead Pressure Management Project (FGP/WPMP)

Location: Tengizchevroil facilities, Republic of Kazakhstan

Scope of Work: Basic engineering, Construction engineering, Material supply of all system components, installation support during construction of N.5 HVAC system for GTG building and EEO/RIE& battery rooms. Commissioning activities of N.1 HVAC system. Building integrity test with blower door test & smoke test.

Ambient condition:

• External ambient temperature: - 40 ° C + 55 ° C
• Ambient with H2S presence
• Hazardous area

System supplied:

• HVAC System
• Instruments for air control and electrical
• Power and control distribution system
• Ductwork system in SS and GS completed with Fire & gas, shut-off motorized, gravity and manual damper, ductwork supports and all service materials
• Extraction fans for battery room, transformer room and GTG  building
• Steam system with penumatic control valve
• H2S filtering system
• Gas retection time
